How to make Zucchini Fritters with step by step photos & instructions
1. Add grated zucchini, onion, green chili, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, breadcrumbs, parmesan and salt to a bowl. Combine well.
2. Now add eggs and mix thoroughly.
3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and form into patties.
4. Add the patties and cook until golden brown, turning over frequently.
