Smoky Grilled Corn on the Cob is always my family’s favorite choice for summer backyard barbecue. This recipe is super easy to make and tastes amazingly delicious.
These corn gets the smoky flavor from paprika and all the ground spice powders together make this corn versatile. These smoky grilled corn are juicy, soft and flavorful.
What you’ll need to make Smoky Grilled Corn on the Cob
- Fresh Corn Cobs
- Unsalted Butter
- Fresh Chives
- Lemon

How to make Smoky Grilled Corn on the Cob with step by step photos & instructions
1. Preheat a grill to medium-high 450°F. Peel the husk and remove the silk.
2. Stir together butter, salt, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin and black pepper in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the corn.
3. Insert BBQ skewers and place the corn on a grate and grill uncovered until tender and lightly charred for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning often.
4. Once done, rub around the corn cobs with lemon half and sprinkle corn evenly with finely chopped chives.
