This Quick Creamy Avocado sauce is pure heaven and I can eat it with anything, everything for the rest of my life! Literally takes just 5 minutes to process everything together and get it ready. This sauce is super rich, thanks to the hearty health avocado and delicious pistachios. I used parsley and cilantro, but they can be substituted with basil in this recipe.
This is one of the easiest and quickest recipe ever. Just combine all the ingredients and blend them until creamy. I’d love to combine this creamy avocado sauce as a pesto for my zoodles or spinach fettuccine pasta. Also, I use this as a dressing sauce for my salads. Just mix in some oil or water to make it into a runny consistency and done.
I love the taste of pistachios, so I’m using them in this recipe. But they can always be substituted with any nuts of your choice. I’d say walnuts, pine nuts or cashews make this recipe taste delicious as well.
