Quick Avocado Toast

This Avocado Toast recipe is very healthy, satisfying and easy to make. This toast is one of my kids favorite breakfast. It takes less than 5 minutes to make this avocado toast. It is super delicious and needs just two main ingredients to make this recipe. 

You can also add toppings like tomato, onion, corn or cheese to make it more flavorful. Sometimes I even add sunny side up poached eggs (my husband’s favorite) or scrambled eggs.

How to make Quick Avocado Toast with step by step instructions

1. Toast a slice of whole grain bread until it turns golden brown.

2. Slice the avocado into vertical long strips and spread them on the bread slice.

3. Now sprinkle salt, pepper, and chili flakes. 

4. Serve immediately!

Ingredients
  • 1 Avocado (Sliced into long strips)
  • 2 slices whole grain bread or bread of choice
  • ½ spoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Firstly, toast the bread on both sides until it turns golden brown.
Step 2
Add the sliced avocado on the bread slice.
Step 3
Sprinkle salt, pepper and chili flakes as per your taste.
Step 4
Serve immediately!
