Avocado Crema is creamy, tangy and smooth sauce which is perfect for using as a dip or for topping burgers or tacos. This recipe is full of fresh ingredients made into a sauce in under 5 minutes.
This avocado crema recipe is not just delicious but it is made with just a handful of ingredients. Just put in all the ingredients in a food processor and blend them until you get creamy texture. I used plain yogurt in this recipe but greek yogurt tastes better. I have also tried sour cream once instead of yogurt and the recipe turned out delicious as well, but if you want a lighter version then go for plain yogurt.
Whenever I make this Avocado Crema sauce, I usually make sure to make a lot and enjoy it for the next two days as well. This sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to two days as long as it’s covered tightly with plastic wrap or an airtight lid.
