What you’ll need to make Pear Sweet potato Healing Juice
- Sweet Potato
- Pear
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
Sweet Potato does a great job maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance in the body, which helps to stabilize blood pressure levels and also normalize and strengthen heart function. Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamin B6. B6 is essential for breaking down homocysteine, a substance that contributes to hardening of the arteries and blood vessels thus increases risk of heart disease and deterioration of the arteries and nerves. B6 helps to keep the walls of the arteries and veins flexible and healthy, allowing blood to flow freely. Sweet Potato juice is a great antioxidant for the heart.
Ginger is a rich source of potassium and manganese, which plays a key role in heart, muscular and nerve health. This herb root helps to balance and normalize blood pressure levels, regulate cholesterol and improve circulation throughout the body.
Cinnamon is loaded with powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants protect your body from oxidative damage caused by free radicals. The antioxidants in cinnamon have anti-inflammatory effects, which may help lower your risk of disease. Cinnamon may improve some key risk factors for heart disease, including cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure.

Notes
- I use a Low speed, masticating style juicing system which squeezes instead of grinding. This allows the juice to maintain its pure color, natural taste, vitamins and nutrients.
- Here’s the Juicer I use for the healing juices – Omega VRT350 Heavy Duty Low Speed Masticating Juicer
- Serve the juice as soon as it’s done, do not refrigerate.
