JUMP TO RECIPE

This Nut & Seed Brittle is a perfect power-packed treat to munch on anytime in a day. These nut & seed brittle are nutty and super crunchy. This brittle is made of mixed nuts and seeds roasted and mixed with melted jaggery. In this recipe I used sliced almonds, walnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds and flax seeds. But you could use any nuts or seeds you have on hand or prefer. I like to combine other nuts like peanuts, hazelnuts, pecans with sesame seeds tastes great too. I used jaggery in this recipe as it’s much healthier than any type of sugar, but you can replace it with sugar of your choice.
