This Mediterranean Orange Salad is simple, healthy, bright and light. This salad has bursting flavors of citrus and mint which makes this dish so refreshing. This salad is very easy to make. Just requires a handful of basic ingredients and comes together in under five minutes.

What you’ll need to make Mediterranean Orange Salad

  • Oranges
  • Mint
  • Vinaigrette
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Walnuts
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

How to make Mediterranean Orange Salad with step by step photos & instructions

1. Take an orange and slice it in thin circles. Arrange the orange slices on a plate. 

2. Drizzle a generous amount of vinaigrette on the orange slices. 

3. Then add chopped mint, black pepper, salt, cheese and chopped walnuts.

4. Serve fresh!

Ingredients
  • 2 Oranges
  • ¼ cup Mint, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt, as required
Directions
Step 1
