Mango Milkshake with Ice Cream is a thick textures milkshake topped with ice cream, nuts and fruits. This mango milkshake is rich, creamy and satisfying summer dessert with an intense flavor of mango.
This recipe is very easy to make, just needs 4 ingredients and takes 10 minutes to make. In this recipe I used fresh homemade Alphonso mango pulp, but you can also use canned mango pulp instead. There are many variations for this recipe to use instead of Mango, you can use pineapple, orange, banana, pistachios, rose, vanilla or chocolate.

- Chilled Milk
- Powdered Sugar

How to make Mango Milkshake with Ice Cream with step by step photos & instructions
1. Take a mixing bowl, add in the mango pulp and powdered sugar. Blend until combined well.
2. Now add the chilled milk and blend until you get thick puree.
3. Pour this thick mango puree into a dessert glass leaving space on top for the ice cream.
4. Now add a scoop of mango ice cream on top.
5. Top it with cocoa nibs, dried cranberries and rose syrup and chill for 30 minutes before you serve.

Notes
- Powdered Sugar is optional, use it if your mango is not sweet.
- I used mango ice cream to get an intense mango flavor but you can add ice cream of your choice.
- If you do not have fresh or canned mango pulp, you can use frozen mango pieces instead.
- Use toppings of your choice like pistachios, almonds, cranberries, raisins, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, rose syrup.
