This Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts is my new favorite healthy addiction. This recipe is not just super easy to prepare but also very flavorful. For this holiday season this can be served as a side dish for your family gatherings or any parties.
Roasting brussels sprouts may be the best and most delicious way to prepare them. In this recipe the brussels sprouts are halved, tossed with honey and balsamic vinegar and then roasted in the oven. When these brussels sprouts are exposed to high heat, they caramelize and crisp beautifully. Also I’d love to sprinkle some red pepper flakes before serving for that fair amount of spicy touch to the brussels sprouts balancing the sweetness from the honey glaze and acidity from the brussels sprouts, but adding red pepper flakes is completely optional if you are spice-averse.
