Beetroots and beetroot juice have been associated with numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance.
Blueberries – Blueberries have the highest antioxidant capacity of all the popular fruits and vegetables. The antioxidants in blueberries have been shown to reduce a predominant risk factor for heart disease by preventing oxidative damage to “bad” LDL cholesterol.
Chia seeds – chia seeds are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. They’re loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients. Chia seeds are high in antioxidants that help protect the delicate fats in the seeds.
