Quick and easy mango cream recipe with only 3 ingredients. This ice cream recipe is super-fast, eggless and totally gluten-free. You don’t even need an ice cream machine and it takes just 10 minutes to prepare it. The perfect homemade ice cream for the summer. I love how this Mango ice cream has real fruit in it for a boost in nutrition, but it still tastes like a store bought ice cream.
This recipe doesn’t have any processed sugar as it contains sweet mango puree. I used puree from my fresh mangos but if you can also use store bought unsweetened mango puree.
What you’ll need to make Easy Mango Ice Cream
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Mango Puree
- Finely Chopped Mango
- Chopped Pistachios

Ingredients
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz)
- 2 cups Heavy Cream, cold
- 2 Large Mango Puree
- ½ cup Finely Chopped Mango
- 2 Tsp Chopped Pistachios
Directions
- Step 1
- Remove the skin of mango, dice them and add them to a blender.
- Step 2
- Process until you get smooth puree and keep aside.
- Step 3
- Now take a bowl, add the heavy cream and whisk until you get stiff peaks.
- Step 4
- Add condensed milk and mango puree, whisk it gently until all are well combined.
- Step 5
- Transfer it into a freezer safe bowl, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dried rose petals and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Step 6
- Before you serve, remove from the freezer and let it stand for 5 minutes and then serve!
Notes
- If mango is not too sweet adjust condensed milk as per your taste.
- Do not use water to blend the mango pulp.
- I have used 100% fat heavy cream to make this ice cream.
- Do not mix for too long after adding mango puree and condensed milk, just fold in until everything is well combined.
