The traditional curry powder recipe is done by toasting the whole spices and grounding them into a powder, but in this recipe we will be using already ground spice powders which are found in our pantry and then we combine together to make an instant thai curry powder. It tastes as good as a store bought one.
There are a lot more ground spices you can add to this to make it more powerful and flavorful. You can add spices like ground fenugreek, ground mustard, dried basil leaves, dried parsley and bay leaf.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Red Chili powder
- ½ Tbsp Ginger powder

- Combine well all the ground spices in a bowl.

- Store in a cool, dark place in an airtight container until ready to use.
Notes
- Adjust the spice levels as per your preference.
- You can also add ground basil, ground parsley and ground bay leaf for more flavor.
