If somebody asks me what is your favorite quick breakfast? I would definitely say Grilled Cheese Sandwich. It’s my favorite quick breakfast hack for busy mornings. It is so easy to make and sooo delicious as well. The key ingredients are bread and cheese, you can add anything as an option. I like to add tomatoes and onions for a quick sandwich. But sometimes I add avocado and lettuce as well when I have time.

Notes
- I use a panini press grill to grill my sandwiches but if you do not have you can use a pan instead.
- You can also use avocado, spinach and lettuce as well for more flavor.
- Adding mayo is optional, I usually add mayo just for my kid for more taste.
- I used white sandwich bread, but a multigrain bread can be used as a healthier option.
