This Berry Chia Jam is super quick and easy to make. It is made with real fruits and has no added sugar. It is absolutely delicious and comes together in under 10 minutes. It’s vegan, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and gluten-free.
Chia seeds will thicken the jam and add omegas to your diet. My blueberries were super sweet so I didn’t add any sweetener but if you like you can add honey or maple syrup to add some sweetness to the jam. Orange juice balances the tartness in the berries. Enjoy it as a spread, dip, or topping for a variety of recipes like pancakes, oatmeal, smoothie bowls etc.
