Hot summers are a perfect time to enjoy frozen treats. Popsicles are the best and healthy option for me to give fruits to my kid. This recipe needs just three ingredients – Pineapple, Mango and Brown Sugar (optional) and can be whipped up in just 10 minutes, frozen for 3 hours and it’s ready to be served.
I used fresh pineapple and mango in this recipe but frozen chunks also work great. Brown sugar is totally optional, I used it because my pineapple is a little sour. You can substitute brown sugar with regular sugar or maple syrup or honey or can totally skip this step. I got a thick consistency because I used fresh fruits but you can add mango juice or pineapple juice to thin the consistency.
