These Raspberry Buttermilk Pops are very easy to make. These pops are very healthy and delicious! These pops are creamy, melty, icy and perfect for a hot summer morning.
You’ll just need 5 ingredients and everything comes together in no time. Buttermilk provides protein and calcium while raspberries add antioxidants, Vitamin C and fiber. You could totally use this ice cream base and then just swap out any fruit of your choice. Try using fresh berries like strawberry, blueberry or blackberry or any berry jam or cherry puree would be divine!

- Raspberries, fresh
- Sour Cream
- Buttermilk
- Raw Honey
- Lemon Juice
How to make Raspberry Buttermilk Pops with step by step photos & instructions
1. Add the raspberries into a bowl and mash them with a fork.
2. Now add the rest of the ingredients – Sour Cream, Buttermilk, Raw Honey and Lemon Juice. Mix well until you get a smooth texture.
3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and insert popsicle sticks.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove from molds and serve immediately.
